The hot water and superheater CL-H INSTANVAP is a horizontal, three-pass fire tube boiler with a central interior furnace to ensure maximum heating capacity.
Combustion occurs and is completed inside the furnace which is completely surrounded and cooled by water. The exhaust fumes travel back through the furnace itself before entering the bundle of tubes to make maximum use of the heat and finally being vented into the atmosphere via the smokestack.
The boiler has a wet chamber completely surrounded and cooled by water. Fire-proof materials are not required on the back, resulting in higher performance and lower costs and maintenance.
This boiler has an inspection opening and gas handhole to the rear that opens automatically in the event of excess pressure in the furnace because it is designed as an escape valve if gas builds up inside the furnace. This increases the generator’s passive safety and also makes it easy to inspect and clean the inside of the combustion chamber.
The boiler has a manhole at the top and inspection hatches on the front and back to enable the inspections and cleaning tasks necessary to keep the inside of the boiler in good condition.
The front and back of the boiler are fitted with hatches allowing access to the flues. They are fastened by screws designed to prevent them from seizing up due to the temperature. Once they are removed, the hatches are held in place by revolving hinges that make inspections and any necessary cleaning quick and easy.
The CL-H INSTANVAP is a robust, compact hot water generator supplied as a single package mounted on a solid bedplate for fast assembly and start-up.
